Community Performance Registration

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Diwali Mela Edison 2026 community performance event organized by IQ Events USA ("Organizer"), I/we, the undersigned, on behalf of myself/ourselves and all participants listed in this registration, hereby agree to the following: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I/we acknowledge that participation in live performances involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen circumstances. I/we voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I/we hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue IQ Events USA, Akbar Banquet Hall, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by any participant during the event. 3. MEDIA CONSENT: I/we grant IQ Events USA and its sponsors the right to photograph, film, and record participants during the event and to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation. 4. CONDUCT: I/we agree that all participants will conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. IQ Events USA reserves the right to remove any participant or group from the event for inappropriate conduct. 5. PERFORMANCE CONTENT: I/we confirm that all performance content is appropriate for a family-friendly audience and does not contain offensive, explicit, or copyrighted material without proper licensing. 6. EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY: I/we accept responsibility for all personal equipment and property brought to the venue. IQ Events USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. 7. COMPLIANCE: I/we agree to comply with all event rules, schedules, and instructions provided by IQ Events USA staff and venue management. By signing below, I/we confirm that I/we have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this waiver.
